At Up Dog Shop, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
